Over the past 100 years, energy systems have seen a natural evolution, moving from the analog world to the current interconnected real-time digital IoT world.
At BD4OPEM we develop specific tools for the energy sector that will increase its added value, functionality, performance and TRL.
This will allow the exchange of data between instruments and perform some of them at the same time. Innovative services and customized market solutions will be implemented in an Open Innovation concept, connecting secure data flows, from data providers to solution providers, to promote agile responses to market demands.
BD4OPEM has a huge potential for positive impact to promote the competitiveness and synergies of the sustainable innovation ecosystem and IT ecosystem in Europe. This project represents an innovative and differential approach to promote standardisation and stakeholder cooperation towards an Energy Union.
